Welcome to Portsmouth North End
Cycling Club. Known until the 1980s as the PNECC or just "the North
End", the dropping of the 'CC' from our racing kit means that many
cyclists now just refer to us as "the PNE". Whatever we call
ourselves, our club has a long and distinguished history of promoting races and
being the starting point for many young cyclists' careers. We are lucky
to have a wealth of experience at most of the sport’s disciplines and our
committee plays a vital role in the organisation of the many races the club
promotes throughout the year. Our racing members enjoy training together
and participating in a variety of races. We also enjoy the social
side of cycling, particularly in the winter when races are fewer.
